Imperfect Creatures is a wearable Rorschach of damaged finery & abstruse signals, summoned by needle & thread from the cosmic ether of southern darkness emanating from Dunedin, New Zealand by visionary Ethan Cruise.  

It’s an outlet of self-expression. A reflection of Ethan. A visual representation of thoughts and emotions. This collection is a composition of dark, heavy fabrics adorned with layers of textile embellishment. Ethan’s design practice is meticulous, and centres around collaboration – working with other designers allows for ideas to flourish and take on a new form. Functionality and durability are at the core of Ethan’s design practice. Encouraging self-growth and self-expression, Imperfect Creatures aims to empower.
