Born a natural creative, Nichola Te Kiri (Ngāi Tūhoe) draws on inspiration from the environment, her heritage, and upbringing through her label, KaistorSt. 

From humble beginnings using polymer clay and bead earrings to creating mixed media pieces, Nichola continues to evolve her practice thanks to a drive to push boundaries. Every taonga (treasure) has a story and it’s thanks to Nichola’s dual heritage (Māori and Pākeha) that she’s drawn to courageous lines, prints, and designs.
