The Graduate Show Supported by Brother
Offering a fine stage for budding designers, as part of the New Zealand Fashion Week Graduate Show, supported by Brother, our country's rising stars have battled it out to win a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity — the chance to see their creations hit the runway. Each year, the show features designers from top fashion graduates from around the country including finalists from Brother's annual nationwide youth fashion and craft competition — Brother Design Stars.
Launched in 2014, the inspirational competition encourages Kiwis in years 7-13 to express and share their love for fashion, craft and design with the finalists all set to be the youngest talent at Fashion Week this year. These include:
Jordan Noah (Fashion Tech graduate)
Kimberly Olivia (Otago Polytechnic graduate)
Laura Marris (Otago Polytechnic graduate)
Letitia Powell (Otago Polytechnic graduate)
Notoa (AUT graduate)
Olli Paroli (Fashion Tech graduate)
Shannen Young (Massey graduate)
Tess Norquay (Massey graduate)
Thanushi Marage (AUT graduate)
Tia Feng (AUT graduate)
Yoshino Maruyama (Massey graduate)
The Graduate Show will take place at 12pm on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 at The Flooring Foundation Runway.
