New Zealand Fashion Week - A taste of things to come...

In just over a week, fashionistas from around the country and further afield will descend upon the ANZ Viaduct Events Centre for the 2016 New Zealand Fashion Week. We’ve assembled the ultimate collection of goodies to give you a taster of what’s on offer at the bars and cafes around the venue of the biggest event on the fashion calendar.

The place to see and be seen, with stunning views across the city – sip Laurent Perrier champagne in style at the Laurent Perrier lounge on the third floor of the Viaduct Event Centre.

Official sponsor of the Media Centre and the perfect pick-me-up on the go, Zestel Energy Gum will ensure energy levels are maintained when meeting those deadlines with their newly launched energy gum.

For those needing something substantial as you run between shows, make sure you stop at the Fashion Week café for the I Love Pies Spinach and Feta and Lamb and Rosemary Sausage Rolls.

Paneton keeps our VIP drivers in tiptop condition with their range of pastries and par-baked goods, and their irresistible pastries will also be available at the NZFW café.

Head to the Kronenbourg bar on the second floor for the ultimate in cool. The bar was designed in collaboration with Stolen Girfriends Club’s Dan Gosling and venue designer Angus Muir and K1664 and the newest addition to the family K1664 Blanc will both be available.

Ensuring you keep up with your apple a day, Jazz Apples will be keeping things fresh with incredible installations and an official NZFW cocktail featuring their signature crisp and refreshing flavor.

Loaf will be keeping media and models alike powered up on goodness throughout the week with their guilt-free Bliss Bites backstage and in the media centre. Handcrafted by Loaf, these are a healthy snack of raw nuts and fruit, free from gluten, dairy and wheat, and blended together into bite size pieces.

Fresh As Blueberry powder comes from the finest NZ blueberries, freeze dried and milled to create an intensely flavored powder which can be used in a variety of ways. They will be collaborating with Lady Meringue for some sensational sweet treats onsite.

The Red Bull team will be on hand at the venue with an exciting new variation, guaranteed to give you wings and keep energy levels high after a long day of shows.

Blue Duck Rare Vodka & Black Robin Rare Gin are created by the boutique antipodean distillery Simply Pure, and will be used to create unmissable cocktails at the three bars throughout the venue.

A coconut yoghurt like no other, the fresh and silky smooth CocoWOW is vegan and paleo friendly, and will be available from the NZFW café throughout the week.

The paleo and grain-free Venerdi crackers are also available from the NZFW café and in your goody bags for a guilt-free snack on the run.

As the official coffee sponsor, Cult kiwi coffee brand Hummingbird will be served up at the café to give fashionistas their caffeine fix on their way to shows.

The Leftfield Wine Lounge will be a hive of activity throughout the week - park up in prime position between shows at the bar, which is directly opposite the entrance to Flooring Foundation Runway.

Food Snob cheeses and antipasto will be served up as delectable cheese boards and antipasto platters at the three bars onsite, and they have created a stylish collaboration with a designer to celebrate their partnership with NZFW. Keep your eyes peeled for an exclusive delivery of these next week!

Delicious Ora King Salmon will be available in assorted delicious Mint Kitchen canapes available in the glamourous Laurent Perrier lounge throughout the week.

For those of you who skip breakfast and head straight to the coffee, Pucka Breakfast Pots will be also available at the NZFW café for a healthy, quick and delicious snack on the run.

Fashion and food go hand in hand and with this line up of delicious treats, we can’t wait to experience everything the week has to offer.
