What a year for international interest in NZFW and our designers. Despite how far away we are geographically from the rest of the world, NZFW continues to attract lots of interest from around the globe.
This year we had media representing titles including Vogue.com, Elle.com, Vogue.com.au, iD magazine, Oyster Magazine and Catalogue Magazine with bloggers Isaac Hinden Millar and Drea Chong giving us further international coverage.
Buyers also flew in from around New Zealand and the globe, with David Jones, ASOS, The Iconic, The Black wall, Showroom 7 and Electric Seeki all represented at NZFW shows.
The feedback from our international guests has been consistently positive – click here to see the article on Vogue.com for a great overview of the week.

“The accommodation was wonderful, the cars were a huge, huge help. They made the week flow so smoothly…. I was overall impressed with NZFW and the talent we have.” Click here to read Olivia’s article on Fashion Week

“I’ve gotta say thanks again for bringing us down for the event, it meant a huge amount to me personally to be invited and it was a fantastic experience all round. In terms of highlights I thought 27 names, Zambesi and Kate Sylvester all had fantastic collections but the personal highlight for me was the Ruby show with the dancing comedians on the catwalk.” Click here to see Isaac’s round-up post on Fashion Week.
